This workshop uses Family Constellations to explore the different types of pain we carry. What are we carrying for our ancestors and how can we hand those burdens back? Where in our family system is there an imbalance that we are somehow paying the price for?
Here, I incorporate my 26 years of experience in using homeopathic medicine, into my constellations work to help the healing and integration process. We will be looking at all types of pain through the lens of Homeoconstellations™, including emotional pain, through chronic pain, to acute physical pain. In my years of working as a homeopath I learnt that physical pain often stems from emotional or spiritual pain and as part of the amazing body’s healing process, we express that pain on a physical level. Sometimes physical symptoms arise as a result of the things that we are not able to process or deal with on an emotional level. This again comes back to the difficulty we have as a society in allowing the easy expression of grief and rage, and beyond that, from a systemic perspective, who in our family system may have suffered for whatever reason, and to whom do we remain loyal by suffering ourselves?
In the same way that young children sometimes get ill after a shock, trauma or emotional upset, adults also express things through the body. And sometimes as adults, these emotions or events get stuck on a physical level, leading to pain that doesn't easily resolve itself.
Did you know that 25% of women suffer from chronic pain? That’s the amount of reported pain - probably in reality this figure is much higher. Serious illnesses often relate us taking on the fate of family members who went before us. In this new workshop I introduce Homeoconstellations™ - the child of Homeopathy and Constellations, a new method which takes you to the top of the hill and shines a beacon so that you can see the bigger picture of where you, your loved ones or your clients suffer. In the workshop we will explore the intersections between Homeopathy and Constellations work using small exercises and large group constellations. This workshop might be a fit for you if:
