Join us for this introductory workshop. Poppy will introduce the subject and then offer small group exercises followed by a whole group constellation. The beginning of this session will be recorded, as Poppy's introduction will be used in further publicity. You will not be visible on screen for this recorded section. To join this session you are required to turn up on time and have your camera on throughout.
Homeopathy and Family Constellations are a harmonic healing duo. As a Homeopath with 20+ years of experience and a Family Constellations facilitator and teacher, I combine these powerful healing tools to create a transformational workshop where we can look at the interruptions in our family systems and shine a light on our hidden histories.
Many of the principles of Homeopathy align with the philosophy of Family Constellations:
They both include ancestral entanglements as a factor in not thriving in our lives, health, relationships, success and other areas.
They are both systems of energy medicine, tapping into a knowing field that influences and affects our unconscious patterns.
While Family Constellations uses healing sentences that acknowledge "what is" to prompt awareness for change, Homeopathy uses remedies chosen by the practitioner, recognising the similarity between the patient's symptoms and the remedy (also "acknowledging what is").

We explore our Grief and Rage using Family constellations, working in breakout rooms and with the whole group, to learn about how we can express these important and life force enhancing emotions in a world that tried to dampen them and deaden us.

Medicine for the Dark
Would you like to join me in December for a morning cup of cacao, time to pick a Medicine Card and have a sharing circle at The Practice Rooms in Twickenham? Booking by Saturday night essential.
I’m running a small group cacao ceremony using handmade cups by Sally Guinness Ceramics (find her on Instagram) based on the ritual I learnt in Mexico in 2022. There will be a short meditation. We'll also have time to pick a Native American Medicine card from my pack and read about the symbolism. We can use the cards as a basis for a small talking stick sharing circle and to see what's in the field for us in the coming week.
Monday mornings, 8-9am
1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd December (the last one is Winter Solstice and there will be a welcoming of the light)
£10 towards room costs and cacao
Cacao comes from Guatemala and a third of the cost goes to a fund to pay for Mayan Elders to come to the UK to run ceremonies and healing sessions
The cacao is 100% pure, cultivated, roasted and hand-pilled according to the old Mayan's tradition - potent, earthy, with a note of espresso
Cacao is prepared by me with love, using Oatly Barista milk
It helps to open the heart to connect with yourself and others
