I’m running a small group cacao ceremony using handmade cups by Sally Guinness Ceramics (find her on Instagram) based on the ritual I learnt in Mexico in 2022. There will be a short meditation. We'll also have time to pick a Native American Medicine card from my pack and read about the symbolism. We can use the cards as a basis for a small talking stick sharing circle and to see what's in the field for us in the coming week.

• Monday mornings, 8-9am

• 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd December (the last one is Winter Solstice and there will be a welcoming of the light)

• The Practice Rooms Twickenham

• £10 towards room costs and cacao

• Cacao comes from Guatemala and a third of the cost  goes to a fund to pay for Mayan Elders to come to the UK to run ceremonies and healing sessions

• The cacao is 100% pure, cultivated, roasted and hand-pilled according to the old Mayan's tradition - potent, earthy, with a note of espresso

• Cacao is prepared by me with love, using Oatly Barista milk

• It helps to open the heart to connect with yourself and others

• Numbers limited to 6
