Come and take some time to process your grief in a caring, non-judgmental and understanding space. Develop the discipline of deep listening and your courage to share and be received.

I have many years’ experience of working with grief, and in 2020 completed Francis Weller’s Apprenticeship with Sorrow live online with him.

Francis categorises the many forms of grief that we live with everyday, into the 5 Gates of Grief:

1 All that we love we will lose
2 The places that did not receive love
3 The sorrows of the world
4 What we expected but did not receive
5 Ancestral grief

I facilitated Grief rituals at Unicorn Constellations Camp, as well as on Barbara Morgan’s and on Roisin Fallon’s trainings and also at my own workshops and retreats, and have long wanted to share these rituals in small groups.
